New Web-Based Future Gifting Technology Launched

Professional service providers now have a new, Web-based appreciation management tool that enables users to select and schedule client gifts for any occasion to be delivered throughout the year.

Known as GiftsOnTime.com, the service was created by, Ron Orleans a CPA and former managing partner and marketing director of Boston-based Kanter, Feingold Orleans & Troy.

GiftsOnTime.com is free to join, and allows for client data to be imported directly from a variety of contact databases including Microsoft’s Outlook and Excel, ProFX Tax, Lacerte, and the ProSeries’ Tax Program, among others.

Users can then set budget controls and select from a wide range of gifts to be delivered on any client occasion throughout the year such as birthdays, business anniversaries, or over the holiday season. GiftsOnTime.com can also be utilized as a turnkey platform for employee appreciation management programs.

“Traditional marketing tactics like newsletters and email blasts have simply become white noise to clients,” said Orleans. “Our new platform offers professional service providers a way to stand out from the crowd by delivering personalized gifts
that deepen bonds with existing clients, and generate priceless word-of-mouth marketing.”

GiftsOnTime.com is currently offering a chance to win an iPod Touch, an iPod Nano, and an iPad WiFi + 3G to anyone who creates a new individual or company account from now until April 10th, 2011. Users will be automatically entered into the promotion and winners will be randomly selected each Monday starting on Nov. 22, 2010.
