O’Connor Davies LLP and Fazio, Mannuzza, Roche, Tankel, LaPilusa LLC have agreed to merge. The combination is set to go into effect Jan. 1, 2014 and will operate under the O’Connor Davies name.
With offices in Paramus and Cranford, the merger will significantly increase O’Connor’s presence throughout New Jersey. The firm will now have close to 500 employees, 80 partners and combined revenues of roughly $100 million.
The new addition will give O’Conner a solid footing in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region where it specializes in serving commercial businesses, trusts and estates, and the sports and entertainment sector.
“This combination will enhance our specialty practice areas, service offerings and resources to our valued clients,” O’Connor’s managing partner Kevin Keane said in a statement.
