New York-area Top 100 Firm O'Connor Davies Munns & Dobbins LLP announced four new partners.

Raymond P. Jones, Ronald F. DeSoiza and Ciro V. Cuono have joined the firm as partners, while Robert Daniele has been promoted to partner.

Jones works in the New York City office of the firm in the Not-for-Profit Practice Group. He was previously managing partner of a midsized firm.

DeSoiza works in the New York City and White Plains offices in the Accounting and Auditing Practice Group. In addition to 30 years of accounting experience with local and national firms, he has served as peer review team captain and has conducted reviews of 35 CPA firms, and will assist with ODMD's quality control efforts.

Daniele works in the Harrison office in the Government Services Division, and has over 18 years of experience serving municipal and private sector clients and providing services to a wide range of government organizations.

Cuono also works in the Harrison office, as director of the firm's Business Valuation, Litigation Support & Forensic Accounting Services Practice Group. A former chair and vice chair of the Business Valuation Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs, Cuono holds both the ABV and CVA designations.
