After working with Anchorage-based Dudley Consulting on accounting software projects for the past decade, CPA firm Finley & Cook announced the two businesses will merge.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Finley & Cook, which operates out of Shawnee, Okla. -- located about 45 minutes west of Oklahoma City -- will add Dudley clients based in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest.

Dudley specializes in the resale of nonprofit and government accounting software. The combined firm, which will operate under the Finley & Cook name, will have six partners and more than 150 staff members. Finley & Cook offers a range of tax services and also specializes in audit, oil and gas, and Native American accounting services.

Finley & Cook will assume operations of Dudley’s two offices in Honolulu and Anchorage.
