Thomson Reuters' Tax & Accounting business has added OneSource Entity Manager to its line of OneSource Tax software.
The new module provides a centralized place for managing data from multiple entities around the world. It includes an organized system for tracking data such as owners, contacts, geographic locations, inter-company transactions, tax identification numbers and alternative doing-business-as names.
OneSource Entity Manager imports and exports data, allows customizable data fields, provides centralized access via OneSource's Web-based system, user security settings, and a secure data center for storing files and software.
OneSource Entity Manager also integrates with other parts of OneSource Tax, including OneSource WorkFlow Manager, OneSource Calendar and a desktop dashboard for corporate tax departments.
