Parente Randolph Merges in Two Firms

Accounting firm Parente Randolph has merged with two other firms: Altenburger, Uris, Caglioti & Heyman, and William R. Hoffman Ltd.

The Altenburger merger officially took place on Jan. 1, 2009. Alternburger's team of 24 staff members and five partners relocated from Marlton, N.J., to Parente Randolph's Cherry Hill, N.J., office. Joining Parente Randolph as principals are Frederick Altenburger, Jack Uris, Dominic Caglioti, Howard Heyman and Benjamin Faimon.

The Hoffman merger also went into effect on Jan. 1. It joined the three-member firm in Williamsport, Pa., with Parente's own Williamsport office. In addition to Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Parente Randolph also has offices in Delaware and Texas. The firm has 550 employees.

The firm ranked 34th on Accounting Today's 2008 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $66.1 million in revenue.
