Payroll and human resources services provider PaychexInc. has divested Stromberg, its time and attendance company, to workforce andlabor management specialist Kronos Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
Paychex had acquired Stromberg and its proprietaryproduct, Time in a Box, about five years ago. Paychex said Time in a Box wouldremain part of its time and labor offerings.
Meanwhile, the company said it would remain focused onits labor management offerings, citing the recent release of Time and LaborOnline, a Web-based offering designed for midsized companies.
