Paychex Inc. has launched Paychex Premier Human Resources, a new offering in the company's suite of human resource products and services.
The program offers full payroll and human resources administration services, along with support from an on-site human resource representative. Paychex Premier provides businesses with an enhanced package of products that combines Paychex Administrative Services, the company's payroll and HR services product, with its 401(k) Plan Recordkeeping and flexible spending account products.
Paychex Premier pairs businesses with a representative who works onsite, in partnership with a company's HR staff. The Paychex HR representative can provide support for functions such as employment and exit interviews, development of an employee handbook, and on-site enrollment meetings for retirement or Section 125 plan participants.
"With Paychex Premier, our clients have the benefit of scheduled support visits by our HR representatives -- as well as immediate help when unexpected HR issues arise," said vice president of operations for Paychex Human Resource Services Diane Rambo, in a sstatement. "We free the company's HR staff to focus on strategic matters like recruiting, training and policy development, while the Paychex HR representative concentrates on the time-consuming tasks like plan administration, benefits renewal and employee communications."
