Online payroll service PayCycle unveiled the latest version of its software, with improved set-up and export features.
The software includes a streamlined tax set-up process and a guided tour of how it works. The export manager provides one-click export to QuickBooks in response to user requests. "They can do exports of all tax payments and paychecks," said chief technology officer Martin Gates. "That's what they wanted and that's what we did."
The latest version provides multi-state support, including electronic tax payment coupons, forms and e-mail reminders for multi-state employers. PayCycle has also raised the capacity to 150 employees to support growing businesses. In addition, the company has added a flat-pricing model, with both wholesale and retail pricing plans.
