Perquest has introduced a bilingual feature that allows Spanish-speaking and English-speaking employees to view their payroll information online in their native language.
The bilingual feature comes standard in the payroll provider's Employee Self-Service software. Client employees can securely access frequently payroll information such as their salary, pay history, tax status, direct deposit and more. Users can access the information at any time from any personal computer with Internet access.
"We anticipate the bilingual feature will improve employee-employer communication and save companies time by reducing the number of inquiries handled by payroll administrators," said Perquest CIO Cheryl Paterson in a statement.
