The Financial Planning Association, Moss Adams LLP and SEI Advisor Network are seeking financial planners to participate in their biennial compensation and staffing benchmark study.
This study looks at recruiting, retention, compensation and staffing practices.
Participation is free for planners. All participants will receive a free hard copy of the study results. Participants who are FPA members will also receive a brief personalized summary comparing their individual firm's results to the rest of the respondents. All individual data submitted is strictly confidential.
The FPA is also asking corporate firms and broker/dealers who are members to distribute the survey to their constituents. Companies that agree to distribute the survey will also receive a custom report that compares the respondents affliated with their organization to the overall respondents.

The deadline to participate is May 31. The final report will be available in August. The report will retail for $195 and will be available to FPA members for $95.
