QuickFee, which provides a payment portal that integrates fee financing into firms’ billing processes, now integrates its tool with the cloud-based practice management software from Practice Engine Software.

QuickFee’s portal supports credit card and ACH payments, as well as but also QuickFee’s proprietary fee financing option. Fee financing is designed to let a firm’s clients borrow the funds to pay their outstanding balance. They then pay QuickFee back over 3 to 12 months while the firm is immediately paid in full.

“As more systems are built using building blocks such as Practice Engine and QuickFee, firms will be able to avail themselves of solid inter-connected options,” said Mike Francis, founder and CEO of Practice Engine, in a statement.

Practice Engine reports that it provides practice management systems to fourteen of Accounting Today’s Top 100 Firms.
