RKL eSolutions has acquired Sage 100 and manufacturing software provider Baesis to expand the company’s Sage practice.
The acquisition of the Massachusetts-based company adds eight people to RKL eSolutions’ teams in New England, the Mid-Atlantic and the Midwest. The transaction also enhances RKL’s Sage 100 practice with specialized manufacturing expertise and Baesis solutions, including integrated job management solution Job Ops for Sage 100.
“In 2013, we started kicking around ideas on how we might work together and formalized a partnership,” stated RKL eSolutions president Joe Noll. “The more we talked about it, the more we realized we’d be stronger as one team than we would be just working together as alliance partners.”
The move bolsters RKL eSolutions’ Sage practice, which also includes Sage 500 ERP and Sage X3. The Lancaster, Pa.-based value-added reseller also implements and supports Microsoft products.
“Finding good players is easy,” Noll stated. “Getting them to play as a team is another story. RKL and Baesis fit together incredibly well. I’m looking forward to the synergy and success I see ahead for all of us.”
