Frank Tobias has joined the Lancaster, Pa., office of Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP, CPAs and Consultants, as a principal in RKL’s Tax Services Group.
Tobias specializes in multi-state tax planning and compliance, with extensive experience dealing in all matters of Pennsylvania taxation.
He has over 20 years of tax experience, most recently as a partner at Parente Beard. Prior to working at Parente Beard, Tobias was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s State and Local Tax Group and served as that firm’s Mid-Atlantic area leader of state and local tax practice and procedure. He was also the area leader of sales and use tax services. Prior to his public accounting experience, he was the director of the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue’s Bureau of Corporation Taxes, where he was responsible for the administration of all Pennsylvania corporation taxes.
Tobias is a Certified Government Financial Manager and a member of the Association for Government Accountants, the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and the Association for Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business.
