Sabrix has released the fall 2009 version of its outsourced sales tax system.

The Sabrix Managed Tax Service extends control and visibility into tax operations and cuts reconciliation time.

“This latest version of Sabrix MTS is the culmination of feedback from our users who want more accuracy, insight and control, but without having to manage the cumbersome operational aspects of tax compliance,” said Pam Kostka, senior vice president of corporate marketing of Sabrix, in a statement.

Enhanced reporting capabilities minimize the time spent creating reports. The latest version also includes period-close reconciliation reports for reconciling invoices with the period in which they will be processed for returns to their general ledger, and returns summary reports on tax to cash for each return. Expanded tax services include tax rate scenario testing, which provides the ability to implement and test tax changes for accuracy.

Pricing is on a subscription basis, based on a company's transaction tax complexity. For more information, visit www.sabrix.com/sabrixmts.
