Sage SalesLogix version 7.5.3 customers can now utilize the product on a variety of mobile devices, including the iPhone, iPad, Android, and BlackBerry Torch, along with Safari, Google Chrome, Opera and Firefox mobile browsers, at no additional charge.

The new customizable, browser-based Sage SalesLogix Mobile works with Sage SalesLogix on-premise installations and Sage SalesLogix Cloud systems. The mobile software interacts with each device’s navigation, mapping, dialing and e-mailing functions.

“The new Sage SalesLogix Mobile and Web client features are the latest in a series of ongoing enhancements we’re releasing to extend CRM flexibility and business value for our customers,” said Larry Ritter, senior vice president and general manager of Sage CRM Solutions. “With no mobile components to install, world-class usability and support for a wide range of today’s popular mobile devices at no extra charge, our customers can rapidly expand the usability and flexibility of their CRM systems while achieving the low cost of ownership they desire.”

The new Sage SalesLogix Mobile features also allow users to view and schedule activities, record notes, manage meeting schedules and personal activities, configure features to match user preferences, and receive automatic updates.

Sage SalesLogix provides a view of customer interactions across sales, marketing, customer service and support functions so teams can collaborate and respond to customer inquiries and sales opportunities.

Sage is continuing to support its previous offering, Sage SalesLogix Mobile v5.6, for BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices.
