Sage North America announced enhancements to its channel partner programs, designed to give business partners more effective ways to work strategically and advise customers, with the new Sage Advisor Dashboard for Partners.

The dashboard offers business partners deeper insight and intelligence into their customer base by capturing real-time customer data and how they are using the software on a daily basis.

“The Sage Advisor Dashboard follows our history of providing innovative tools, such as last year’s well-received release of the Sage Product and Company Scoring Initiative, to our channel,” stated Donald Deshaies, vice president of channel management for Sage North America. “Our intent is to empower business partners to succeed at the changing business model of selling and delivering cloud-based services. And, with this new tool, we’re incenting and encouraging our channel to strengthen their roles as business advisors.”

The Sage Advisor Dashboard also gives partners the ability to: obtain support call history to ensure resolution of customer issues, pull upcoming renewals to gain a lead on expiring contracts, and create import and export links to integrate into their Sage CRM system.
