Tallie Unveils Integration with Intacct, Planning Others

SaaS expense report software provider Tallie announced an integration of their business expense management solution with Intacct, to be available on the cloud financial management provider’s Intacct Marketplace ecosystem.

Demonstrated at Intacct Advantage 2014 Nov. 9-13, the integration’s key features include support of all Intacct dimensions and multiple-entities and bi-directional synchronization of all dimensional data with the Intacct SmartEvents functionality.

“Intacct is a top choice for mid-sized businesses looking at cloud financial applications, and Intacct offers a fantastic platform for developers,” stated Tallie CEO Chris Farrell. “The integration between Tallie and Intacct provides a complete expense report automation workflow that will benefit both finance teams and employees they support.”

Additionally, Tallie is in the pre-beta phase for version 3 of its mobile app, to be rolled out on Android next month and then iOS by the end of 2014, explained Sylvia Esmundo, Tallie’s vice president of marketing and web. The update aligns with Tallie’s current strategy of being the best at what they do, Esmundo continued.

“We’ve scaled back on the number of new features, as we want to focus on quality and the user experience,” she shared. “We have identified what those pain points and current blockers are, preventing Tallie from being the most efficient and seamless.”

With automated features for expense smart-categorization, duplicate detection and credit card and receipt auto-match, Tallie’s software is focused on minimizing data entry and eliminating errors.

Meanwhile, Tallie is also planning future integrations with other accounting systems.
