INTUIT SIGNS INTEGRATION DEAL WITH AMEX OPEN
Mountain View, Calif. -- Intuit has formed a deal with American Express Open, the small-business payment card issuer division of Amex, whereby small businesses using Open cards can have data from receipts integrated into QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online accounts. Users of Open cards can access ReceiptMatch, a mobile app that will allow them to take a snapshot of receipts, which will now feature an integrated QuickBooks tag.
TAXJAR RELEASES SALES TAX TOOL FOR ECOMMERCE
San Diego -- Sales tax management software maker TaxJar has released TaxJar Pro, an automated local sales tax reporting tool designed specifically for accountants who serve e-commerce clients with accounts on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy and PayPal. Accountants who sign up for TaxJar Pro can invite clients to personally link their Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy and PayPal accounts to TaxJar.
THOMSON REUTERS INTEGRATES CS PAYROLL AND TIME RACK
Dexter, Mich. -- The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters has introduced new bidirectional integration between its Accounting CS Payroll software and the Time Rack time, attendance and human resources product. The new functionality is available at no additional charge to users of cloud-based or locally installed Accounting CS Payroll and Time Rack, and to firm clients who process payroll using myPay Solutions.
CCH RELEASES UPDATED CCH AXCESS MOBILE APP
Phoenix -- CCH announced a newly named and updated mobile app for its cloud-based modular tax preparation, compliance and firm management solution, CCH Axcess. Available for both Apple and Android devices, the mobile app was introduced under its new name at the 2013 User Conference in Phoenix. Users can update the app, previously known as the ProSystem fx Mobile app, through their app stores or an update prompt at no additional charge.
