The Growth Partnership, a full-service consultancy headquartered here, has teamed up in a licensing agreement with FranklinCovey Co., a global professional services firm, to develop a partner development program for the accounting profession.
Terms were not disclosed.
Uder the terms of the pact, TGP will combine its content for CPAs with the workshops, assessments and tools available from FranklinCovey, including its renowned "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People."
The agreement also allows TGP to teach individual FranklinCovey workshops and include the workshops in TGP's proprietary program, The Partner Institute, a three-year program designed to develop leadership, practice development and practice management capabilities. The program focuses on such areas as leadership, communication, productivity and practice development.
