Real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle has partnered with the Property Tax division of Thomson Reuters’ Tax & Accounting business to provide tax mitigation services to corporate real estate clients.
The alliance will help companies align their real estate strategy and corporate goals to improve the property tax process.
Services will include annual reviews of all owned and leased locations; updates and comparisons of real estate valuations to those imposed by taxing authorities; and supplements to the review and appeal process by experts in the field.
