UBCC Adds ACH Automatic Payments to Payroll

Universal Business Computing Company has added an automated clearing house tax payments feature to its payroll service bureau program.

The new ACH payments feature allows the user to designate ACH funds transfer for payment of federal and state payroll taxes; eliminate the need to make hand-keyed ACH entries; designate separate ACH payments from any bank account or impounding account for each payroll client; and set ACH automatic payment preferences on a tax-by-tax basis, each able to be paid out of specific accounts, designated by the payroll professional.

“This enhancement has completely eliminated the requirement to key in ACH payments for federal and state government agencies, and allows the payroll service bureau to send all of their clients payments in a single file” said UBCC president Ken Garen in a statement.
