Wayne Wilson was recently hired as managing director at the professional services firm of UHY Advisors in the Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services Department.
As managing director, Wilson will lead the energy litigation practice at the firm. Prior to joining UHY Advisors, Wilson worked with public accounting firms and consulting firms. He has provided consulting services and expert testimony to international clients in the areas of finance, organizational management, accounting, statistics and risk management, and has conducted forensic investigations of several trading organizations.
Wilson is a CPA in Texas. He is an advisory board member for the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and the Institute for Energy Law and is a member of the global faculty for the Centre of Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee. Wilson was also recently named to The International Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration 2011 and was one of only 58 experts worldwide to be included.
