BOOMER CONSULTING AND FLOWTIVITY MERGE
Manhattan, Kan. -- Consulting leaders Boomer Consulting Inc. and Flowtivity LLC have merged. Dustin Hostetler, founder of Flowtivity, will join Boomer Consulting as a shareholder and will lead the Lean Six Sigma consulting division. Boomer Consulting plans to leverage the Lean Six Sigma training through its existing communities, such as the Boomer Technology Circles (firm internal technology and management) and the Producer Circle (client services).
EPICOR ACQUIRES SHOPVISIBLE
Austin, Texas -- Business software solutions provider for retail, manufacturing, distribution and services organizations Epicor Software announced the acquisition of ShopVisible, a privately held provider of cloud retail order management and digital commerce solutions. Epicor expects the acquisition of ShopVisible, with retailer and branded manufacturer customers like 3M, Liberty Hardware and Tempur-Pedic, to expand its extended omni-channel solutions for midsized and large retail chains.
