Accounting firm WebsterRogers LLP has signed a deal to combine its Mergers & Acquisitions Group with Sequence Investment Partners, a licensed broker-dealer.
The merged entities will be owned by WR Sequence Holdings LLC, and will provide services from its office in Charleston, S.C. The group will focus on finding solutions to issues and opportunities related to special financing needs, mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring, exit strategies, and finding growth and expansion capital.
Michael Grady, Kevin High and Gene King will serve as managing members of the new entity.
