WebsterRogers said it is merging in another South Carolina accounting firm, Bryan, Truesdale, Adkins & Williams.
Martha H. Bryan, James T. Truesdale, Ellen K. Adkins and Betsy M. Williams formed the Summerville-based firm in February 1999. In early 2001, Charlotte E. Allen became a shareholder.
All five will be joining WebsterRogers, which currently has 16 partners.
The newly consolidated firm offers accounting, tax, auditing, management and other services.
WebsterRogers also has offices in Florence, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Georgetown, Litchfield, Charleston and Sumter, S.C.
