WennSoft released Version 10.0 of its business management software in an effort to keep up with Microsoft's latest release of Dynamics GP, also at Version 10, with which it integrates.
Wennsoft's Service Management Series now includes the ability to assign a technician to more than one branch. A new work-in-progress reconciliation report lets users reconcile the general ledger WIP balance against the WIP balance in Service Management. WennSoft's Job Cost software also handles WIP reconciliation.
In addition, Job Cost includes a group time card window that helps with data entry for fixed asset transactions, labor, job work crews and service technician teams.
The latest version of WennSoft's Equipment Management Series adds a Rent-to-a-Job feature. The cost of using equipment for a job can link to the Job Cost software to offer a more accurate picture of the cost of each job.
