Ohio accounting firm Whalen & Co. CPAs has acquired Hilliard-based firm Earman and Wood CPAs.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Larry Earman and Lisa Wood will join Whalen & Co. as directors. Earman will consult with clients for their accounting and audit needs, while Wood will serve as a director in the Tax Department.
