Online payroll provider PayCycle has introduced its new PayCycle Wholesale Program for Accounting Professionals - a comprehensive client payroll solution with deeply discounted wholesale pricing. Designed to make payroll services profitable for accountants, the program comes with low, all-inclusive fees for self-service payroll that offers direct deposit service, complete payroll form support for all 50 states, the ability to print paychecks to blank stock, and multi-state tax withholding calculation support.
The online service integrates with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Money, ProSystem fx Write-Up and Quicken 2004, to avoid re-keying payroll data.
PayCycle has just added 100-percent-paperless payroll in Illinois and Connecticut, and plans to add Pennsylvania soon, with state electronic payments for Arizona and Colorado expected later this year, bringing the number of states where it offers state electronic payments and filings to 19 - more, it claims than any other provider. Before the end of the year, PayCycle plans to offer electronic payments and filings for 1099 contractors.
The developer has also created a set of marketing materials to help accountants build their payroll business, including customizable brochures and client sales letters, a client marketing guide and a white paper on "The Secret to Offering Profitable Payroll."
