Top accounting services and technology consulting firm Wipfli has released Wipfli Connect for Manufacturing, a product designed to help product and equipment manufacturers optimize every aspect of the customer lifecycle—from sales, to production and delivery, to service after the sale.
Wipfli, a Microsoft Dynamics partner, built Wipfli Connect for Manufacturing on Dynamics CRM as a platform while working with Microsoft Outlook to build on applications manufacturers are already familiar with and use daily. The product is designed to help manufacturers effectively manage information on their customers, distribution channels, assets, warranties and service claims.
