Wolters Kluwer Reorganizes Under New Customer Units

New York (July 9, 2003) -- Wolters Kluwer, parent company of tax and business publishers CCH and Aspen Publishers Inc., named four chief executives Tuesday to head its four newly created customer units.

The new units, known as Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting, Legal, Financial Services and Corporate Legal Services, brings together Aspen, CCH, Bankers Systems Inc., Legal Information Services and CCH Tax Compliance.

Gene Landoe, currently president and CEO of Wolters Kluwer's Legal Information Services group and interim CEO of CCH, will lead the Corporate Legal Services unitl. Kevin Robert, now president and CEO of CCH Tax Compliance, will head the Tax and Accounting unit; and Bob White, president and CEO of Bankers Systems, will lead the Financial Services unit.

In addition, Robert Becker will be joining Wolters Kluwer to head the Legal unit. Most recently Becker was with Jupiter Media Metrix.
