WTAS Global, the international arm of tax advisory firm WTAS, has added locations in the Netherlands and Moscow through the addition of tax advisory and consultancy Taxperience Group.

Founded in 2005 by managing directors Ruben van Aarle, Ramon van Aarle and Sam Abbing, Taxperience focuses on corporate and international tax and M&A issues for businesses in Europe and Russia. In addition to the three founders, managing directors Erik van Peursem, Diederik Hauser, Rogier van Schalkwijk, and Ernstjan Rutten will be joining WTAS Global.

“Our clients’ international needs are expanding every day. As part of WTAS Global, we can ensure that our clients will receive best in class service and access to top tax professionals in the U.S., Europe and beyond,” said Ruben van Aarle in a statement. “In addition, WTAS Global is well-positioned to meet the needs of public companies faced with increasing regulations around the separation of audit and non-audit services. This topic is especially relevant to our Dutch clients, and we expect this trend will gain momentum throughout Europe.”

“The addition of Taxperience to WTAS Global is part of a natural progression. We have a long standing relationship with Taxperience. They are trusted colleagues and part of a very high-quality firm with a terrific reputation,” said Mark Vorsatz, CEO of WTAS and chair of the WTAS Global Management Council, in a statement. “This is a great fit for our clients and for WTAS Global.”

With the addition of the Taxperience Group, WTAS Global now has 23 international locations with more than 150 professionals in Europe and more than 800 professionals worldwide.
