Cloud accounting software provider Xero signed an integration deal with ConnectWise, a
developer of service management software designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARs, ISVs and MSPs, in order to synchronize accounting data between ConnectWise and Xero.
The two will utilize Wise-Sync, a cloud-based product that will help provide ConnectWise partners visibility into their cash flow, financial performance and compliance reporting.
Key features of the integration include auto synchronization, the ability to sync from any device, and all data is encrypted in transit so users' accounting data is never stored on Xero’s servers.
“With Wise Sync, tens of thousands of IT professionals and contractors using ConnectWise around the globe can use Xero to manage their own businesses more efficiently,” said Xero U.S. president Jamie Sutherland. “With Wise Sync, invoices, client information, payments, and purchase orders will now connect seamlessly between Xero and ConnectWise.”
