The Accounting MOVE Project recently named both the 2014 Best Public Accounting Firms for Women and the Best Public Accounting Firms for Leadership Equity.

Established in 2010 as a joint project of the American Society of Women Accountants and the American Woman’s Society of CPAs, the MOVE Project ranks participating firms on the range, depth and success of their programs and workplace cultures.

The Best Firms are among the 50 that participated in the 2014 Accounting MOVE Project, made possible by charter sponsor Moss Adams, national sponsor Rothstein Kass & Co., and research partner Wilson-Taylor Associates, Inc. The MOVE methodology is based on four factors – money, opportunity, vital supports for work/life and entrepreneurship – known to advance women in the workplace.
