“This policy is fairly unique to our industry,” said Baker Tilly chief human resources officer Karleen Mussman, in a statement. “Our employees have asked for greater flexibility with respect to workplace policies and we were very happy to respond. The Dress for Your Day pilot is effective immediately in all of Baker Tilly’s offices, and will be evaluated at a later date to see if it will be worth continuing.
