Plante Moran, KPMG, more named to Fortune's 2nd annual '100 Best Workplaces for Millennials'

A number of tax and accounting firms were named to Fortune's2nd annual "100 Best Workplaces for Millennials."The ranking was based on more than 88,000 millennials working for over 600 companies that have been certified as a "Great Place to Work."

Elite SEM, Quicken Loans, and Kimley all topped the list, respectively. Representing tax and accounting firms, the following businesses ranked in the top 100 spots: 

#22 – Plante Moran

#50 – EKS&H

#56 – Ryan LLC

#77 – Crowe Horwath

#87 – KPMG

To determine their rankings, 88,000 millennials (born 1981 or later) rated their companies on 58 workplace-quality questions, ranging from managers' support for employees' personal and professional lives, to transparent communication and satisfaction Millennials get from their jobs.

All (anonymous) responses were scored and compared to the benchmark for organizations of similar size. Companies needed at least 50 millennials employed, achieve a 95% confidence level, and receive a margin of error of 5% or less in order to be eligible for the ranking.
