There aren't too many half billion dollar firms in the country that are offering an exceptional client service to the mid-market firms or mid-market clients. So those clients are still out there and looking for the attention that they've always received from their local firms, where they work with partners and have strong relationships with the managers and know the types of businesses that they're running. And with Ascend, you have all the resources behind you that come into a half a billion dollar firm, but you get that specialized client experience, and we really work to maintain the culture of each of the firms. I think that when firms are looking to achieve growth, they really have to be strategic about it. My number one piece of advice is that you can't achieve growth just for the sake of achieving growth. You have to take a look at what you're trying to achieve with that growth, how you're going to support that growth. Do you have all of the things in place that will make the growth successful going forward? You want to be able to support your culture and your people and not have it just become lost in the crowd.
