Yeah. What sets our firm apart, I believe, is the focus on technology innovation. The focus on our core strategy of growth through the middle market, private middle market, high net worth individuals. The overall collaboration of our team, the tone from the top, from leadership of that growth creates that excitement around collaboration between departments as far as tax. Our tax team, collaborating with our advisory team or other service lines, really focusing on how we can provide the highest level of value for our clients. That's most important. I've never been with a firm or a company before that's had the level of collaboration and excitement that we have as a firm. The openness within the partners to collaborate and accept one another in the different roles that we provide because it's all about the value that we can provide to our clients, and that to us is what's most important. It starts with the clients and the value that you can provide to them, along with developing a firm that allows for opportunity for our employees to grow and thrive in their own career, and that give them the experiences that they deserve to experience as they grow and take on new challenges in their career as well.

I would say stay true to your core and have a strategy. Our firm has had a strategy of organic plus inorganic growth. There's a specific strategy on each, on how we're approaching that. It's not ad hoc. The firm is not going and acquiring any firm or company that they see out there. And at the same time, there is a focus strategy on growth organically as well amongst how we provide more value to our clients through other service offerings. Also, how we bring in new clients and support them. And really it comes down to staying focused on our core of private middle market companies and high net worth individuals.
