I think there are not many firms our size that have private equity investment behind it. So I think when you look at our ability to have already made the transition from a partnership governance model to our corporate governance model, and to have the backing of investors with years and years of experience in the marketplace, that's a distinct advantage our firm has. Being a hundred, 120 million revenue firm with that type of support behind us, I think brings us a unique advantage that we enjoy bringing to the marketplace. Yeah, my advice to people that are looking to achieve the type of growth that we've had is pretty simple. It's you're capable of a whole lot more than you think you are. Your firm's capable of a whole lot more than you think you are, so really you should go for it. I don't think this conservative hesitancy to move forward is the right approach for our profession or for firms in general. I think when you put your mind to something, you can really do a whole lot more than you think you can, and so you should just do it.
