As a firm, we're about to dive into a revamp of how our firm operates using our tools and team in new ways. We are seeking to target inefficient processes, eliminating ticking and tying that software could easily perform for us, and defining how our team leads this important process in a modern firm. Come learn some of the plans we are making and how you can become a more efficient firm too!
