SugarCRM is now integrated with ProcessMaker, an open source business process management and workflow suite from Colosa Inc.
The company made the announcement during the lead up to SugarCon, its seventh annual user and partner conference being held in New York this week.
This new technology integration includes a visual workflow designer and engine available inside SugarCRM that allows users to design workflows within the product that control the way tasks get routed to different users, track how long these tasks take to be performed, control which SugarCRM screens get displayed and in what order during a workflow.
