Intuit has announced the new features for QuickBooks Desktop 2017.
Next year’s version includes smart search, which enables users to search as they type and locate accounts, clients and other items. Users can also search in between values to find transactions without remembering the exact figure.
Also new are automated reports, which enable users to schedule automatic delivery of emailed reports on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
The new version of the software includes a visual reminder to record deposits. Users are now notified with a badge when there are funds recorded as received for customer invoices, but not yet recorded as deposited to the bank account.
