XCM Appoints Sabbatis as COO, Locke as CRO

XCM Solutions, provider of cloud-based workflow management software for the accounting profession, announced the appointment of Mike Sabbatis as chief operating officer.

With this appointment, XCM looks to expand its operations to meet the demand for digital automation solutions for accounting professionals. To further that mission, XCM has promoted Bob Locke, formerly vice president of sales and marketing, to chief revenue officer.

Sabbatis, who served on XCM’s board of directors for the past two years, has more than 30 years of industry experience including his most recent role as chief revenue officer for Realpage. Prior to that, Sabbatis served as CEO of CCH Tax and Accounting North America.

Now, as COO of XCM, Sabbatis will work with the management team on all aspects of the business, connecting corporate strategy to transformational execution.

“We are extremely pleased to have someone of Mike’s caliber join XCM,” stated Mark Albrecht, XCM Solutions CEO. “As a board member Mike has been instrumental in shaping our strategy over the past two years. From there, it became more and more apparent that we could leverage his expertise in an operational role as well.”

XCM Solutions, which provides workflow, outsourcing and scheduling solutions, recently announced record sales results for its second quarter of the 2015 fiscal year with company growth of 121 percent over the same period last year.

“I have seen this business progress for many years,” stated Sabbatis. “And, in working closely with Mark and the team over the past two years, I have discovered a mutual passion and commitment to innovate in order to address the unique needs of the accounting profession. It just made sense to take a more impactful role and the timing is right, as we begin to see broad-based adoption for workflow software.”

In his new role as CRO, Locke will continue to manage all sales efforts while driving integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing and revenue management.
