Gen Yworkers are perceived by recruiters as the weakest performers among the fourgenerations now in the workforce, according to a poll by Internet careers siteJobfox quoted in The Chronicle Herald.

Jobfox CEORob McGovern says its corporate leaders not the Gen Y employees who needattitude adjustments and that businesses must find new ways to incorporate theminto the workforce.
"Thecompanies that succeed over the next two decades will be the ones that can mostinspire (Gen) Y," McGovern is quoted as saying. "This is the mosteducated and technologically savvy generation ever."
