Check this out: award-winning author and Harvard Business Review blogger Tammy Erickson will give her spin on generational stereotypes in the accounting profession during a Young CPA Infocast sponsored by the AICPA.

Erickson will talk about how Gen X and Gen Y, who are in demand, are about to fill the ranks in the accounting world. She’ll talk about how each generation brings an unique set of experiences and assumptions to the job which are – you guessed it – different from Boomers' and from many existing firm norms.

She’ll also offer practical approaches for leveraging each generation's values in positive ways, and offer tips on how to engage with colleagues across all generations to increase collaboration and improve prospects for personal and organizational success.

Sound interesting?

The infocast will take place on Tuesday, April 27 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. EST.
