Accounting Principals teams up with Habitat for Humanity

The Richmond office of Accounting Principals, an accounting and finance recruitment firm, is working with Habitat for Humanity to help a local family achieve their dream of owning a home.

Accounting Principals employees and clients spent three days and contributed more than 300 hours of time to participate in helping the team working on the home’s foundation, flooring, structural framing and walls.

The Richmond branch of Accounting Principals first became involved with Habitat for Humanity through a monetary donation in the name of their clients and employees, but the effort quickly expanded.

“We really wanted to do something that would positively impact the community,” said Jen Dodge, managing director of Accounting Principals’ Richmond office. “After we received such a strong interest from our employees and clients, we thought that this would be an excellent way to help out a deserving Richmond family. We couldn’t be any happier about contributing to this worthy cause.”
