Grant Thornton raises major money for Feeding America’s Kids

It was a lofty goal, but Grant Thornton employees from around the country aimed to collect $111,000 worth of peanut butter, macaroni and cheese, chicken noodle soup and granola bars last month to benefit the Feeding America’s Kids Café program. They ended up collecting more.

The employees rallied and ended up raking in $126,800 in food and money for the organization.

“This is an amazing achievement and truly shows how invested we are in our communities,” said Stephen Chipman, Grant Thornton’s chief executive. “I’m incredibly proud to be leading a firm of so many caring individuals.”
