Maryland CPA and business consulting firm McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond is turning up the heat on client and staff relations, hosting a series of “Fire It Up!” BBQs this summer and launching its blog of accounting insights.
The blog, titled “It’s About You,” will debut during the first BBQ May 19, during which clients, contacts and business leaders will mingle with MKS&H staff to discuss business matters.
It will offer first-person stories from the firm’s principal and director of client service, Gib Mason, in the areas of finance, people and technology.
“This informal networking is basically for business leaders to have fun and to hopefully learn something new to implement in their own company,” Mason said in a statement. “The blog is just one of the many channels that we provide to the business community as a convenient way to obtain professional insight and related material. In the long run, we hope that the summer networking program strengthens not only the awareness of our complimentary resources for business leaders, but our relationships within the Baltimore community as well.”
The summer events will be hosted at MKS&H’s corporate office in Hunt Valley. Free and open to all professionals, registration is available at the firm
