BYU continues top-three streak in PAR professor ranking

Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business finished in the top three of the Public Accounting Report’s 29th Annual Survey of Accounting Professors for the 16th consecutive year. Marriott’s graduate programs placed third while the undergraduate courses ranked second.

“We’re honored with the continued recognition of our top-flight accounting program,” said Marriott Assistant Dean Joseph Ogden in a statement to the Salt Lake Tribune. “It says a lot about the performance of our students and graduates, as well as the faculty’s focus on innovation in accounting.”

The PAR’s annual survey contains four categories: undergraduate, graduate, doctorate-research and doctorate-teaching. This year, the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas-Austin ranked No. 1.
