PricewaterhouseCoopers is re-launching its business leadership development program Genesis Park.
The immersive 10-week program will be hosted in Boston, Singapore and Warsaw, with 45 PwC staff from 21 countries attending in Boston.
Now in its 10th year, the program teaches leadership and team skills outside of the traditional classroom environment by focusing on real experiences and real-time coaching.
PwC, which invests $190 million annually in stateside training, was ranked the No.1 training organization by Training magazine for three years in a row.
"Genesis Park transforms talented professionals into leaders," says Bob Moritz, PwC's U.S. chairman and senior partner, in a statement. "It develops the skills required to drive complex, large-scale organizations, but equally importantly, to lead and develop high-performing teams who will ultimately deliver quality service and create value for our key stakeholders."
Genesis Park has more than 450 alumni from 40 countries, 75 of which have been admitted to the firm’s partnership.
